Through this partnerships, community investors come together to acquire properties here in central Indiana with the purpose of revitalization and community development. Individuals in the training work hands on through the rehabilitation process of these properties with skilled and licensed professionals in trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumping, and general contracting to revitalize the property as well as enhance or learn the trade. This also leads to the possibility of participants being able to either connect with one of our partner contractors or even gain the skills, direction towards licensure, or knowledge to build their own opportunities in the home remodeling world. The overall program combines workforce education, faith-based mentorship, mental wellness

support, financial literacy training, and leadership development to create pathways toward career readiness,

entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and long-term personal growth.
